After the dreamer's initial tweet, ideacoins start out as "new".

They begin in the [Only Up](https://goattrading.gitbook.io/dojo/token-types/only-up) phase and degens who see potential in the new idea can start trading it immediately. As more trading occurs and excitement brews, fees are built up into a pot that is reserved for a dev who decides to take on the project.

As the community grows around an idea, devs will begin applying.

If over 25% of tokens are used to vote on a dev application and the majority of those votes are to accept, they'll be accepted to build the product and the building phase begins.
